Arnoud is one of the partners of Team Heiner Management Programmes. As a sailor he was a member of the Laser and Finn Classes in the Olympic Selection Team, sailed with Roy Heiner successfully in the international match-racing circuit and in various campaigns on keel boats. He is still active on the race course; as federation trainer and still participates in the Laser class.

Arnoud has 18 years experience in the IT-consultancy. There he focused on consulting, training, management and organisation. Until the end of 2005, he was a member of the board of directors with a stock-exchange registered company and was responsible for contracting services.

At Team Heiner, Arnoud uses his experience as advisor, manager and racing yachtsman in the various management programmes. According to Arnoud, “The parallel between top-sport and success in corporate life is powerful and its enjoyable to work with this metaphor.” As trainer and coach, his focus lies on team performance projects, change programmes and strategy sessions.
