Team Heiner comes from the top sports. Founder Roy Heiner is a racing yachtsman in heart and soul. He participated in four consecutive Olympic Games, won a bronze medal in 1996 in Atlanta in the Finn class, skippered on several boats in ocean races around the world and took part in many prestigious sail projects such as the America’s Cup and the international match racing circuit.

We would like to use our years of experience in top-class sailing to make race sailors and sailing teams better. We love to train the next generation of sailors. Up to the highest level. Hence Team Heiner initiates, conducts and manages challenging sailing projects.
