In 1996 Roy Heiner started his own sailing company ‘Team Heiner’. The racing yachtsman in heart and soul, participated in four consecutive Olympic games, won a bronze medal in Atlanta in 1996, skippered on several boats in ocean races around the world and took part in many prestigious sailing projects such as the America’s Cup and the international match racing circuit.

In the meantime his sailing company in the Netherlands continues to grow. From sailing academy for racing sailors to fully-fledged sailing company in which companies and top sport meet each other in a professional way. Team Heiner is well known for her involvement in top-sport projects, reputable sailng courses, the facilitation of sailing boats and various event- and training possibilities for companies.
